This week on The Malliard Report Jim flips the phone switch to “on” for a night of open lines. If you have listened to the show for anything length of time, then you know all the greatness that comes with an open line night. Topics range from sports, the weird, to even weird things in sports, and of course, no open phone line night would be complete without the one and only German Town Runner himself.
At the time of this recording, the Mueller Report is still ongoing, but there is a sense that the investigation might be winding down and a number of clues are beginning to point to a conclusion is about to be made. A conclusion that points to zero evidence findings. Some factors to point out in regards to the basis of this claim, is a number of behaviors of individuals that are on the “other side of the floor” and a few others. One of the original, and most outspoken individuals of this case was Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi. IN recent times, Nancy has since pulled back stating that any impeachment pursuit would not be a worthwhile venture are this point. This speaks volumes.
Mike Trout signs one of the largest deals in MLB history, the Lakers miss the playoffs for a 6th straight season even while under the reign of King James, and Alex Ovechkin continues his climb up the charts as one of the all-time leaders in goal scoring. To say it was a busy week in sports would be an understatement. All of this in addition to the near frenzy that occurs around March Madness and you can’t help but get in on the excitement. Well, for some of us. It is known that there are a number of Malliard Report listeners that do not follow sports so we’ll go ahead and just wrap this up here.
The open phone shows are always an experience because they are always unpredictable.
